If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours prior to your appointment start time. You are able to do this through your confirmation text or email. I do understand that life happens, so if there are any last minute changes to your appointment I just ask that you pretty please let me know so I can adjust my schedule accordingly and open up that spot to another guest. I promise I won't be mad at you (so rest that anxiety ridden little mind of yours). • Same-Day Cancellation: 50% fee (one grace cancellation per year) • Same-Day Reschedule: 25% fee (one grace reschedule per year) • Late Arrival (10+ mins): Appointment may be shortened or rescheduled; 25-50% fee may apply • No Call, No Show: • First time: 50% fee • Second time: 100% fee • Third time: Booking privileges removed — Card on file required to book.
